Initial Assessment

A 60-90 minute in-depth consultation to reset and refocus on your wellness. We’ll dive into your health history, current lifestyle, and symptoms to understand your unique needs. Together, we’ll outline clear, actionable steps and goals tailored to help you feel your best, refreshed, and balanced.

Progress
Visit

A 45-60 minute check-in to discuss your progress, review any shifts in symptoms, and analyze any new information or test results. Based on where you are, we’ll make personalized adjustments to keep you moving toward a healthier, balanced lifestyle. (Note: Assessment required first.)

Refresh
Package

Meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight. This package includes the Initial Refresh Assessment plus two progress visits, giving you the support and structure to form lasting habits and achieve your wellness goals. Perfect for those ready to make a true commitment to health and balance.
