Hi, I’m Caitlin, a passionate Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a commitment to helping others discover the power of food to transform their health. I spent the better part of 15 years feeling unwell. I saw numerous specialists, underwent countless tests and labs to end up with no answers and no relief. That’s when I decided to make a change and put myself and my nutrition first. I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best, and making healthier choices doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming.

As a “food first” practitioner, I focus on nourishing the body with whole, nutrient dense foods. My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. I take a holistic approach, creating personalized nutrition plans and practical strategies that make lasting change achievable.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m enjoying life in Woodinville with my husband, our two boys, and our playful black lab puppy, Tyson. I understand the joys and challenges of balancing family life with health and wellness, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way on your journey to optimal well-being.
